Hey every­one, I just wanted to share my find­ings on Twit­ter as a money mak­ing plat­form. Now ulti­mately the most money you could attain from twit­ter is using CPA offers. BUT! I’ve also dis­cov­ered a new PPC (Pay per click) ser­vice which is gen­er­at­ing me $20-$50 a day. Now this might have been posted before or not but I’ll give you guys a quick run down on how you could achieve $20-$50 a day in about a month or so.

INTRODUCTION

Now as most of you are aware your Twit­ter suc­cess revolves around fol­low­ers, thus the more fol­low­ers the more clicks you’ll get daily. I’m aver­ag­ing about 600 clicks a day from ten accounts. My largest account has over 5000 fol­low­ers and my small­est has roughly 2000 fol­low­ers. The PPC com­pany I’m intro­duc­ing pays on aver­age $0.07 per click. How­ever there are many ads that pay 15 cents per click. An ad was released today that says “OMG these shirts are hilar­i­ous” and a link after. This ad pays $0.07 cents per click and looks just like any other Twit­ter post. Many of the ads work this way. You don’t have to worry about look­ing like a spam­mer. You’ll look nor­mal and get paid in the process. So here are the steps.

STEP 1

* Cre­ate 10 Twit­ter accounts
* Ensure that each account has a photo (Using pho­tos of pretty yet believ­able women works the best.)
* Twit­ter does not require a valid email to cre­ate accounts. Thus you can cre­ate 10 accounts in 30 min­utes. (I have many back­ups accounts also. When you reach above 1000 fol­low­ers you can request to add more than 10 accounts)

STEP 2

* Time to sign up to the PPC affil­i­ate pro­gram.
* You do require a Pay­Pal account, but once you earn $100+ you can sim­ply request a check.

* Another great fea­ture with this site is the abil­ity to use “Auto Post”. The auto post­ing fea­ture will auto­mat­i­cally post up to 3 ads a day on each Twit­ter account.
* Don’t click on your own adds!!! You will be penal­ized or com­pletely removed from the pro­gram. Every ad has a dis­play link you can fol­low to review the ad.
* Sim­ply add your 10 Twit­ter accounts by click­ing on the Twit­ter accounts page.
* You need 50 fol­low­ers to start post­ing ads. Don’t worry, you’ll have 50 in a day or two.

STEP 3

* Add fol­low­ers using a soft­ware bot.
* I add 500 fol­low­ers on each account every night. (Start with just 200–300 for the first few nights) I rec­om­mend you use the “Phoenix Twit­ter Desk­top” to auto­mat­i­cally fol­low users. »»»> Rec­om­mended Bot

STEP 4

* Wait 24 hours then clear all the tweets who are not fol­low­ing you back
* This ensures that you can add 500 peo­ple again with­out being blocked or flagged.

STEP 5

* Set up a con­trol­ling plat­form for all of your accounts (THIS MAKES THE METHOD THE EASIEST AND MOST REWARDING BY FAR)
* It ensures that you look like a real per­son. I nor­mally post sta­tus updates like “Work is bor­ing” or a ran­dom fact. This site will update every account at once. (Sav­ing you at least 20 min­utes each time)
* The sta­tus updates are done through the fol­low­ing site »»> Sta­tus Updater Site
* Once you have signed up to this site, add all 10 of your Twit­ter accounts (Pro­vide full log in details) You can now start adding ran­dom updates!

STEP 6 (Basi­cally rinse and repeat)

* Remem­ber to fol­low new peo­ple every day to increase your fol­low­ers (Use dif­fer­ent search para­me­ters each time. I highly rec­om­mend you do not suc­ceed 500 fol­low­ers a day unless you’re fol­low count is very high. Twit­ter has a tech­ni­cal limit of 2000 per day)
* Bulk remove Tweet­ers who are not fol­low­ing you back.
* Post real­is­tic updates to your accounts each day. (Bulk update recommended)

My advice regard­ing this technique

* Stick with it! At first you’ll only see a $1 a day then $5 then $10 etc.… This is a tech­nique that takes roughly a month to reach its peak.
* DON’T SPAM! ONLY ALLOW FOR 3 AUTOMATED AD POSTS EACH DAY

• It ensures that you look like a real person. I normally post status updates like "Work is boring" or a random fact. This site will update every account at once. (Saving you at least 20 minutes each time)

• Once you have signed up to this site, add all 10 of your Twitter accounts (Provide full log in details) You can now start adding random updates!

STEP 6 (Basically rinse and repeat)

• Remember to follow new people every day to increase your followers (Use different search parameters each time. I highly recommend you do not succeed 500 followers a day unless you're follow count is very high. Twitter has a technical limit of 2000 per day)
• Bulk remove Tweeters who are not following you back.
• Post realistic updates to your accounts each day. (Bulk update recommended)

Can you really earn an income from twitter?

If you're asking me as to whether I believe one can earn an income on twitter - my answer is yes! Twitter is a micro blogging platform that allows you to tweet anything you want to your followers and earn money, find great business or shopping deals and lots more. The best part is twitter makes a great advertising platform for those of you who own businesses.

The debate is still out.

There are companies who have earned a massive twitter income like dell and there are people whose tweet(s) have earned a few hundreds of dollars to thousands of dollars for just one tweet like celebrities! They get paid to tweet by a sponsor! Then there are normal people who tweet their life out in hope of making a few dollars, and some do, but unfortunately a majority to this date haven't earned one dime on twitter.

So what is the secret to making a twitter income? 

First you need to have something to sell to bring in your twitter income assuming you already have a twitter account.

If you do not own a website then these ideas may be just for you.

Post your affiliate links. Join sites like allposters or click 2 sell and start promoting their products. Posting your affiliate links on twitter is one of the most effective ways to make money on twitter. Most affiliate services are free to join earning you a reasonable income on twitter. Get paid to tweet. There are companies that pay you to tweet about their products using services like magpie and Rev Tweet and Spon Tweet.

Make money with url shorteners. Sites like ad.ly present an ad before presenting your domain when a twitterer clicks on it.

Advertise your articles. Posting interesting articles that pay you per view will earn you some twitter income. You must love writing and know what your audience want. Try here for writing sites that pay per view.

Sign up with Squidoo.. the page you are reading right now. Squidoo pages are called a lens and allow you to add some videos or pictures, articles almost anything except porn and they pay you when people click on the ads on your page. You also make money from any affiliate links you add to your site like Amazon or allposters or Zazzle etc. You can build quizzes, polls, embed videos, caption photos and so much more. Be as creative as you want to be. Then post your links in your twitter bio and your tweets and when users visit and purchase you make money.

Sign up at Xomba, one of my favorite writing sites and get paid when others click on the ads. Xomba is another writing site that allows you to earn money by writing articles and by writing blurbs which creates a backlink for your sites if you own any.

Open an account on zazzle and promote other people products or create your own. Zazzle gives you a customizable store of your own saving you expenses on getting a webhost.

Sell t shirts on threadless or twitshirts. Threadless pays a one time fee if your shirt is a winner or if you nominate someone they pay you 140 and the person still gets the 500. But their 500 is not all cash. 350 is cash and 150 goes in credits. Twitshirt pays 1.00 for every shirt they sell with your tweets which is low considering they charge 20.00 and no graphics on the shirt.

Secondly get a website if 

you want to promote your own products or services on twitter

In your twitter bio, twitter offers you a small spot to place a link of your favorite site or business. Add yours there. If you don't already own your own website try these top ten webhosts for setting up your own website. Sign up under me and I'll give you a discount. If you're not comfortable just check out my own businesses that are run under the same webhost or some reviews from persons on twitter or this site here.
What you will find is that adding your link to your twitter bio brings in traffic when others click on it. And if they like what they see then bonus for you. $$$. They will be tweeting about your service or products on twitter. See some webhosts below...

Thirdly Maximize your twitter income by 

finding the right followers not just in the right category but who can be an influence!

It is said that the more followers you have the merrier but since when does quantity substitute for quality? My guess is they work hand in hand. To get more quality followers use tweepsearch which searches a person's bio for certain words or use a site like tweet tags to find users with common interests using a tag cloud. Tag clouds are a group of tag words.
This way you will gain a mass of followers who are interested in what you have to sell. (See my blog below for more tips). Also use the two companies to keep an eye on your competitor. Better yet follow your competitors list of peeps and add them to your listings. If you want to follow your competitor anonymously, add your competitor to your list without following. Most likely the people you follow will follow you back. You can also subscribe to your competitor's RSS feeds to keep updated with what is going on in your industry. Word of advice: Follow the big twit gurus on twitter for staying on top of the game.

Remember this tip: The more followers you have the more possible it is to get your products seen by your followers and the more probable it is to get your products/services retweeted by them. The more retweets the better! Retweets works like word of mouth and can be viral which is one of the best form of advertising.

Attitude has a part to play in your twitter income 

You must keep motivated. You must treat earning an income on twitter like any other business. I don't want to make earining an income on twitter sound like I am giving a motivational speech as clearly this is not what you are here for but it is not to be underlooked. Earning an income on twitter is about having the right mind set, posting tweets that are tweaked to your links in a crafty manner and not giving up or getting discouraged too easily. Try to keep your tweets fresh and interesting. I know it can be quite a challenge but remember the book called the secret? This book teaches that the law of attraction of positive thinking has such a phenomenal effect..think about thomas edison, he never gave up. Or bill gates for that matter. Get inspirational quotes and hang them up in your room or somewhere where you will be reminded and inspired about your goals everyday. And speaking of your goals don't forget to set one or some, as they can give you a sense of direction on how to go about effectively achieving what you want. Start with mini goals that add up to your main mother goal --> making a twitter income. Hope this helps
